Cannot open the file: mk:@MSITStore:C:\WINDOWS\Help\odbcject.chm.
Translation:
This error occurs when you try to open a compressed HTML file. The symptoms are that nothing happens when you click Help And Support for assistance in Windows XP. This may also be the case with help files for other software products such as AutoCad or Orcad. The error message gives you the location of the file you are trying to open. In the example above, the file is located at C:\WINDOWS\Help\odbcject.chm.

This error can be caused by a program installation or the un-installation of a program that for whatever reason un-registers the hhctrl.ocx file.
Solution:
This error can be caused by a program installation or the un-installation of a program that for whatever reason un-registers the hhctrl.ocx file. To fix this error, you will need to re-register the hhctrl.ocx file with Windows. Click on your Start menu and select Run. In the Open portion of the dialogue box that appears, type regsvr32 %systemroot%\system32\hhctrl.ocx. Click OK and the error should be fixed.
