Open Ad-Aware SE and click its Scan Now button to launch a scan of your system. Ad-Aware will search the contents of your Windows drive for suspicious files and programs. It may target some Comet Cursor components for removal. When the scan is complete, choose the Critical Objects tab to view the list of identified malware components. Select all of the spyware-related items, click the Next button, and click OK to verify your decision to remove the selected objects. Ad-Aware will shift the selected items to a quarantine folder.
