If you travel a lot for work, tracking your mileage can also help you reduce your taxable income. With your BlackBerry and Mileage Tracker Pro, keeping track of your travels has never been easier. Mileage Tracker Pro is the ultimate trip management utility for road warriors.   When setting up the utility, you will create a username and password so you can access your Mileage Tracker Pro stats online at www.mileagetrackerpro.net. You also have an opportunity to select your preferred date format, kilometers or miles, and your reimbursement rate for those miles. At any point, however, you can press the Menu key and change your settings from the Preferences menu. To start tracking your mileage for a new trip, press the Menu key, select Add, input the start date, select a category, and then record your starting odometer reading in the appropriate field. Fill out the remaining fields as needed, and then press the Escape key and select Save to return to the main Mileage Tracker Pro display. When you want to add the ending odometer reading, highlight the trip, press the scroll key, and then input the reading in the appropriate field. The application automatically calculates the mileage and your rate. To upload your latest data, press the Menu key and select Sync Now. Other features include the ability to forward your mileage reports via email and export them as PDF and Excel documents.
